In the last hour, open a path for air before you get into bed. Crack a window if the street is quiet, or open the bedroom door to the rest of a dark, still home. Keep your steady sound floor running and your room dark. Airflow does not have to cost you either one.
A cracked window beats a sealed room. Even a few inches moves the air. No safe window? Open the door and set a fan to pull air in from the rest of the home.
